At least as far as training goes. The start of official training has proven quite successful.
This week's activities includes:
Including the run Sat I will have worked out for 5 out of 7 days.
12 miles running not including Sat. 15 min per mile pace 12 mpm fastest mile
12 miles bicycling
15 minutes in the pool - Swimming is hard and I'm trying but it appears as if Black people have a
genetic predisposition not to swim well. I'm just sayin.
4.5 hours weight training
As of Friday morning I was down 4 lbs which probably equates to 1 lb of actual weight loss, but that's good. I suspect I will achieve my 2 lbs of weight loss for this week by Sunday morning.
I am going to try and average around 4 days per week of exercise. 5 days doesn't give me body enough time to recuperate at least not in it's current version. But, all in all it was a great inaugural week. How did everyone else do?
